I have bought a pair of boots in this shop.The quality of the product is great, they are very comfortable, warm and waterproof.Quite elegant too, so can be used under any putfit. The employeer were very professional and helpful, gave me different options to choose from accordingly to my request. I was quite lucky, there was also 30% discount

Very disappointed. I bought a pair of shoes in a normal shopping day. After checked at home again I decised to return as no needed anymore, went there and they did not want to give me back the money sayig the item was in sales and thus no cash back but just a voucher. Nobody clarified the item was in sales and that I could not have money back in case. It was not specified anywhere - checked the receipt and no indication of the discount. Very unfair - in London all the shops give you 30 days if you change your mind. I complained and the only help they gave me was providing the tool-free-phone-number of the Italian customer care which you cannot ring from a UK number and thus impossible to ask clarification. Is this legal? A business in UK should have the local contacts for help etc.The guy that sold me the shoes should have adviced me about I could not have money back in case.Bad experience. Also, discouted items? Online and else where are much cheaper.

Bought winter coats and boots from this place. Love the design of quality of this brand. Staff are friendly and helpful, particularly one called Angelica. It was very busy but she was able to tend to several customers at the same time. Bravo to her and Geox.

I always have a great experience at this store. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and I had especially attentive service from Eleni. The manager of the store has given me very useful advice about my needs. I love visiting this shop and always feel welcomed.

Great staff with excellent trained Team Leader Helen running the whole show, a seasoned retail and customer expert I believe of exotic Greek descent, strikingly attractive and engaging which made my day! Clearly didn't learn her skills in this outlet and they are lucky to have her!A quick review of their UK Companies House shows their UK operation is a financial on-going concern, can they retain these excellent staff who have come to their business rescue, rather than the brand going on a spending spree with their global patents to define a USP? Only time will tell.This middle market fashion shop in Oxford Street I hope reward, incentivise, support and encourage their team leaders who are of highly trained calibre. Not only was this young lady immediately engaging and friendly, when I entered the busy shop, she very quickly helped me and directed me to exactly what I needed through the busy crowds.To be honest, I was surprised as only ever experienced this kind of customer service, attention and etiquette in premium lounges at airports on business trips.Thank you for such a great experience in Oxford Street in rush-hour and hope management give you the recognition you truly deserve! ?????????

Monday evening, just before closing I came to choose new brown work shoes. I have been approached by a young lady, presumably of Indian origin (apologies if I have misidentified). She was extremely helpful, swift and knowledgeable. Quickly dealt with my query and provided with convenient solutions. Great customer service and kind spirit. Thank you ??P.s. So far, shoes are comfy and suitable for work.Regrettably haven't asked about her name.

Terrible service. Shoes got lost when being delivered to the store, notified after a week. They had the shoes in store but they insisted that I buy them first and later get a refund online. I should not be put through the pain of having to follow up on this, they should just give me the shoes and then (given they will be delivered to the store anyway at some point) take care about this internally. Instead I have been delayed by one week (son had to wear scuffed shoes in school) and now I am also out of pocket, at least for some time.This is not good customer service.What?s more they are only contactable over a 00800 number which is now chargeable in UK.The final insult was that the manager of the store did not want to speak to me (even though she spoke to staff twice) because she was on an ?off day?.
