The ice cream in this shop is really nice,I am Italian and It's the same quality you would find in Italy.
However yesterday I asked for whipped cream and the cream wasn't whipped it was soggy and clearly not to be served. I pointed this out and the staff promptly offered to make me another one which I thought was a bit excessive so I declined but I'd definitely recommend this shop.

Ice cream is good but don't bother buying at the self checkout as the queue is never taken in order and they focus on people that bought from the till.

One of the best ice creams I had ever
Update: went again a couple of days later drenched myself in icecream they wouldn?t let me wash my hands or have napkins they offered the icecream paper that can?t wipe anything or terrible dried out wet wipes. The staff couldn?t be bothered or cared when I asked for napkins however realized they had napkins that only the staff used while I stood wiping my hands with that terrible ice cream paper. My hands were sticky and couldn?t touch anything until I got home

DO NOT get the passion fruit, it?s all lime with chunks in it. Melts within 2 minutes so be quick to eat

Vanilla and lemon gelato were smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced?not too sweet. Clean stall with good presentation. Staffs could be a bit friendlier to non-native speaker like me, but overall a great stop for quality gelato in Borough Market.
