I bought a T-shirt a few days back (rugby jumper) and was assisted by Vipin. He was excellent and patient and spent a lot of time with me even though I bought just one item. I will be shopping again here soon!

First off, Big fan of the brand, but on a quick visit last week I walked in and looked around to see what I could see, not surprising there were many nice garments and a track suit that was absolute ???, what actually was surprising was the total lack of acknowledgement that I received from the 3 employees working that night. I am by no means a needy customer, but I don't think saying hello to the only customer in the store is putting anyone out to much right??!? I worked retail for years and it's the 1st, and simplest thing to do. (? Unless they didn't want me in there for some reason). Regardless I'm not bitter, the tracksuit is still ?, so I can get it online, no need to subject myself to there snobby vibe.

I had to face an extremely bad experience from the staff, My wife was looking for sunglasses at the shop, suddenly one of the staff (seems like he's the manager) came to us & shouted at her that she is't allowed to touch it. Okay she made a mistake,she touched the product. But the way he responded to that situation is unacceptable. we were going to buy that product, just because of his behaviour we felt very sad & had to leave the shop.( I will never visit any Gant showroom ever)FYI - Customer is the key to success for every Business.
