I came in to visit Giulio Miglietta's Embroidery event and pick up an Oxford shirt for him to customise.From walking in the store to leaving, the experience was lovely.Drake was very welcoming and knowledgeable and helped me pick the right size and fit for me and suggested getting the shirt altered to make it perfect, stellar service from start to finish.Giulio's work is top notch, such an amazing individual that loves his craft.Beautiful store and enjoyable retail experience.

Visited yesterday and got a first class service, initially upstairs, who looked at my purchase records and helped identify the trousers I?d bought previously. Was then taken care of my Joel downstairs and purchased three pairs of trousers. Helpful and well motivated a pleasure to shop there.

Service is really great, I cannot emphasis this enough, really friendly and genuinely helpful. Really pleased with my purchase, which would not have been possible without Gant staff going out of their way to ensure that I got the size I wanted, I have been look for a pair of gloves like this for a while so glad I found a good quality item, at a reasonable price. I will be back, I am sure very soon! Thank you!!

Thank you Calvin , excellent customer service. You went above and beyond to help my husband purchase a shirt that was in the sale . It wasn?t available in the london shop so Calvin went online and managed to locate one in another store and then patiently guided the assistant in the other shop through the purchasing and delivery procedure. All of this and gave me a drink whist I waited . He then called me today to inform me that my purchase is now with DHL and when to expect deliveryI am so impressed with you, I hope your employer read this and appreciates how lucky they are to have you working for them

Fantastic customer service, really put effort in to help me find a Linen shirt for an Italian wedding next day. When we couldn?t find the perfect one in my size they called another London store and held it. I was there within 20 mins and had my ideal shirt. Great quality clothing too!Thanks!
