Went in today with my daughters to have a browse at the sale. Nothing was clearly marked as ?sale? items and we felt extremely uncomfortable in there. The layout does not flow at all and you feel like you can?t touch anything. Not very inviting at all- very disappointed. Think it tries to be very high end but doesn?t deliver.

Absolutely adore the store and brand. The Ganni Girls at this branch are so helpful and attentive, they really really couldn't do enough for you and even then always find a way to top themselves. Amber is so helpful and super friendly, really can't say enough about her, the first time we visited she helped me find the perfect trousers and then upon a revisit to give thanks she was chatting about how things are going and just making a great connection a lot of luxury stores miss out on.Keep up the good work Floral Street ?

experiences like this are why I love physical retail!!!Ella helped me find "THE dress" with so much kindness and enthusiasm. She listened to me and what I wanted and came upstairs with an armful of the most beautiful dresses I have ever seen. They weren't online either so I hadn't seen them before and they were amazing. I found 'THE dress' and its beautiful!!! Ella was hyping me up and making me feel so confident and beautiful. All the girls at Ganni were so kind and enthusiastic and helpful, it really gave me girls at a club bathroom vibes which was amazing. 11/10 experience couldn't recommend more, thank you Ella and gang!!

Popped in the store today to have a look at one of the new bags as thinking about treating myself for my birthday. The two ladies working were absolutely lovely! A warm greeting the second I stepped in the door, complimenting my outfit (and current Ganni bag) and making really genuine conversation. They both looked fab and had the service to match it!

I couldn't not share about the awesome service I received in Ganni Floral St last week. Robyn (& her colleagues too!) were really outstanding. Robyn was attentive, charismatic & really genuine & authentic. They were not 'pushy' at all, just really engaging & great at what they do. Combine that with the beautiful space of the store - & I can't wait to return.

Went to the store on 15.06.22 evening. My mom and I wanted to buy a bag which was on sale. We politely asked questions about what the price of the bags would be after their discount, or requesting help to try the unpackaged bags. Although they were extremely helpful to the other customers in the store, their responses to us were shocking and in a very mean manner. We believe our experience was because we were Turkish (could understand from the way we talked to each other). Since I didn?t want to look at the bag and remember how they treated us, we went to the store near Soho and bought it there, they were extremely helpful! I advise you to not go to this store if you are non-english to protect your energy from getting drained.

I absolutely adored my visit to see Robyn and the team at Ganni Floral Street. Firstly the ladies were so very kind as I was incredibly late for my personal shopping appointment. They went out of their way to remove my stresses and helped me choose some wonderful pieces to add into my wardrobe. Even after a long day they were cheerful and caring and I didn?t feel pressured into buying(although I couldn?t resist) Ladies you were outstanding and I can?t wait to return. Can we make this a regular thing?Ps and oh those shoes! ?

Very irresponsible business. The security alarm went off for hours and the employee or owner refused to come and check.Second message: Wow. What a difference in response in public writing and private talking. By the way, the security alarm is still going off. It's been 2 days.
