A lesson to stick to the pre-made sandwiches! The baked eggs I ordered was dismal (£10). I?d expect better in a greasy spoon cafe. Just 2 over-cooked eggs in a bowl with a bit of dry bread cut up into pieces. And with a side of avocado for £3.50 which was about a teaspoon?s worth was kind of ridiculous! The whole thing was really a waste of money sadly, I did not enjoy it.

Thankfully the coffee and in particular the food have remained *impeccable*, and the staff are usually lovely, because the ambience is not what it was and I?ve been coming here for years. Music often loud and too high-energy, (curation needs a shakeup) meaning you?re not getting any work done if you?ve forgotten your headphones. Also lots of fruit flies buzzing around even in winter. I never review anything so something must be up to warrant one ? a shame to see.

DISGUSTING DOGS LICKING FOOD AT BOTTOM OF SHELVES!! Been seen more than once and is horrid. Same thing at Balham site. Management need to really fix up and do something about it as it is wrong. Ban dogs inside it?s as simple as that.

At first glance the pastries look delicious, but when you go to the toilets it's something else. The toilets are disgusting, there are dried poop shards in the bowl, pee on the floor and a very bad smell. Knowing that the toilets are next to the kitchens, it's not very hygienic.

Very disappointing TooGoodTooGo at this branch. I had a nice bag once (bread, croissant, smoothy...)
All other instances were one salad, one overnight oat, and one flavoured dry scone. For 5.99 or 7.49 (they practice Dynamic Price), that's not up to what most shops offer for cheaper, even other Gail's.
You can still see plenty of baked items left in the windows so not sure how they decide what to give to TGTG customers...
Granted the value might be more than the sold price, but let's be real here, that's not the kind of items you'd expect from a bakery!

£4 for a small latte. Very cold, straight faced customer service, and you have to put your own lid on the takeaway coffee! Think I will find somewhere else next time.

Ordered a loaf of bread and asked for it not to be sliced. Got home and it had been thinly sliced. Was also a bit stale. Can?t recommend.

Abominable service.
Ordered 2 coffees to drink in the Café. No sooner had we sat down an employee started to clean and hoover around us. We felt totally unwelcome. The staff was unsympathetic, unapologetic and rude. Asked for refund which was given.
Will not go there again.
