Every time I?ve visited, whether in the morning or afternoon and ordered an iced coffee, I?ve been told there?s no ice???. It?s surprising to have an item on the menu that?s consistently unavailable.
I think it would be better to ensure a steady ice supply rather than disappoint customers. It doesn?t leave a good impression

As others have mentioned cutlery is filthy. We were given 2 Knives, 2 Forks and 2 Teaspoons and all 6 were stained and dirty. Staff are indifferent, as cited by many others here, and despite their coffee being quite nice I shall be eating and drinking in a cleaner, friendlier establishment in the future.

I am a huge fan of Gail?s all over the UK and especially their flat white coffee (as an Australian traveling the world) Gail?s never disappoints with top quality on the go favs that make your heart happy. A must in the winter, take home a Gail?s Focaccia, slice and toast with some soup and your life won?t be the same again. (Totally addicted)
But today isn?t just about the coffee or the food !!! TODAY is about the friendly young men that are ?running the show? at the Chiswick High Street Store. Prompt, polite and patient are the words that come to mind when describing this team. They were on it, cool, calm and collected.
As I sat enjoying my coffee, they were serving a line of customers that never seems to end, replenishing the items and keeping the display immaculate all with a smile.
A big shout out to Sai, Apollis and Kyle you guys are rocking it this summer ?

Go to an independent in Chiswick like the one next door , the staff has their AirPods in whilst working , touching all the bread and cakes with their hands then playing with their hair and phones. Was more like a frat house, no hello , no nothing just ?tap your card? don?t waste your time here , go to the independents, I only went to Gail?s because the one next door was packed and I couldn?t wait?stands to reason. Sort it out Gail?s - you used to be high on service and standards but clearly slipped with expansion and lack of management

Honestly, the state of the toilets is unacceptable. For a coffee shop of this size, having only one toilet is already insufficient ? and it's often either out of order or left in a condition that makes it unusable. It's disappointing, especially coming from such a well-known and reputable brand

Beautiful Coffee, highly recommend the brown sugar iced coffee. Pastries are wonderfully crisp and flaky with plenty of fillings. Had a little pistachio cake which was lovely. Service is only ok, with all members of staff we encountered seeming massively disinterested in us and actually like we were an inconvenience to their day. We didn?t eat in the cafe but there was no atmosphere to speak of.

Thank.you Gail's at Liverpool Street station, London, for my birthday treat. I got to choose anything sweet, for free, and chose a flourless chocolate cake. It was delicious and I'll be back to check out more healthy treats.

£7.65 for a coffee and bun. It?s too much now. That should be 5 pounds. Result is only go once a month, and make my own coffee. Here is an idea you will make more by stop being an over priced snob. And I am your target market. High net worth.
