Coffee was too hot, burnt my tongue and roof of my mouth. This doesn't seem that hard to get right.

You might want to invest in some fly nets or something, a lot of insects were crawling all over the food. Also felt like the place was a kindergarten with screaming kids running around all over the place, don't think I'll return here anytime soon which is a shame because the sausage rolls are amazing.

Great experience when grabbing a bite to eat on the go! Always greeted with excellent customer service from Isreal, who offers recommendations as well always serving with a smile. Also my experience with Nora has also been top tier.

Thank.you Gail's at Liverpool Street station, London, for my birthday treat. I got to choose anything sweet, for free, and chose a flourless chocolate cake. It was delicious and I'll be back to check out more healthy treats.

£7.65 for a coffee and bun. It?s too much now. That should be 5 pounds. Result is only go once a month, and make my own coffee. Here is an idea you will make more by stop being an over priced snob. And I am your target market. High net worth.

A firm favourite in Barnes with excellent coffee, good pastries and warm atmosphere. Just a couple of negatives I noticed lately:
- Expensive products, it seems the price of a croissant is increasing by 10p every week! A cookie is not £3.00, no more cookies for us then. The loyalty programme buy 10 items get 1 free helps bring prices back to a lower level however it's important to note that there system is only set up to count one reward per visit, so if you buy 3 coffees at once you only get one reward, so the trick is to buy one, pay, Say you want another one, then pay,.. and so on. So don't be surprised if you see the queue getting longer. On our end we tend to order less.

The food here is still lovely (although expensive) but you just get the feeling they have expanded too quickly and are not keeping up with quality control. The staff that this branch are particularly rude/dismissive. The tables have been organised so that people completely block the entrance to the disabled toilet when they sit down so they have to get up and move chairs and tables out of the way when a pram or wheelchair tries to get past - H&S?!!! Do yourself a favour and head to &Feast a couple of doors down instead. Independent coffee shop, fantastic coffee and the food is just as good.

Are Gail's joking or just plain greedy? Prices have just been hiked to a ridiculous level; half a sandwich is £7:30, a salad bowl is over £10. Service is generally rude and the floor and tables are always dirty. They will probably get away with these silly prices because people have money in Barnes, but this Barnes resident and his friends will nolonger be customers.

Thanks for having good vegan options clearly labelled plant based! Really enjoyed my massive sandwich with sweet potato, avocado and other delicious things. Great matcha latte with oat milk too.

Went today, cakes and sandwiches look nice in presentation but what a let down ,expensive and bread was very hard to chew it?s a good job I have my own teeth ,£8.10 for one sandwich is ridiculous.my friend ordered the soup this took 15 minutes to arrive.I don?t think I would visit again ,also seen as it?s new the walls are already sticky and dirty :-(
