Food was cold
Very limited vegetarian selection
The kitchen closed at 5:00 which is random for a Wednesday
They didn't give us the option to heat up the food or even let me know it was an option

most of the bread isnt fresh. its just the only bakery around. overpriced and good for people who are happy to pay a lot for below average bread. Stafford friendly at least

At £4.10 a cappuccino rather on expensive side.. barista makes one boiling hot- I ask if could have at a regular temperature- she remakes and it is cold. Omg. Seems hard to get a decent cup of coffee these days. Wont be coming here again . Tastes burnt today too. Have been here before and conclusion is very inconsistent.

Every time I?m in St John?s Wood, I have to stop by GAIL?s ? it?s kind of a must for me. I just love their pastries, everything always tastes super fresh. The whole area is lovely too, so grabbing something here and walking around makes it feel like a perfect little break. Definitely one of my favourite spots in the neighbourhood!

I?ve been here so many times and have never had a bad experience. There?s a very nice man with platinum blonde hair who works here. His kind demeanour makes everything taste better!
Some of my favs are the plain scones with clotted cream and jam. Also the flourless egg squares are delicious. I enjoy their breads as well. They will slice it for you if you ask. Come here if you want consistently high quality baked goods and coffee plus friendly service.

Thank.you Gail's at Liverpool Street station, London, for my birthday treat. I got to choose anything sweet, for free, and chose a flourless chocolate cake. It was delicious and I'll be back to check out more healthy treats.

£7.65 for a coffee and bun. It?s too much now. That should be 5 pounds. Result is only go once a month, and make my own coffee. Here is an idea you will make more by stop being an over priced snob. And I am your target market. High net worth.

Every visit to this GAIL?s on Circus Road, St Johnswoid, London is an exercise in frustration. The staff are consistently rude, unprofessional, and disinterested in basic customer service. When I kindly requested that a loaf of bread be cut in half for easier handling, they stared at each other blankly before informing me it?s ?not company policy? ? an absurd response. Adding to the poor experience, I was brusquely directed to ?go get a bag? instead. GAIL?s management, is this how you value your customers? A truly awful experience at a premium bakery that should know better. #Gails

Nice bread
Mediocre coffee
Unfortunately worst customer service I have seen in any Gail's bakery
