Ordered iced chocolate, but hardly any chocolate syrup in the drink as it tasted like just cold milk, disappointing. Very difficult to order and collect drink considering the shop?s size and shape.

Our go to place for flat whites every morning! The staff are always welcoming. The space is very small though but it is very conveniently located right opposite South Kensington tube station.

Disappointed with the hygiene standards. One of the staff members ? a sullen blonde lady ? was coughing into her hands and then handling the paper bags used to serve customers' food without washing/ sanitising her hands today.
This same staff member , a couple of months ago, during the morning rush, while working the till, was busy chatting with another person about their nails while ignoring the growing queue. Another staff member had to stop serving food to step in at the till instead.It doesn?t look like she wants to work there.

Regular here, until I cannot stand how they served their customer. I found one of the server was very nice, but the rest is very rude and not bothering me.
I can see they?re being nice to other guests but not me, however it comes at a consistent basis. Either they?re telling other person to get my order, busy with her phone when handling the order, or at one point, I can get free Pain au Chocolat, because the cashier forget to charge me and couldn?t care less, until I remind her. Another day the male server just gives me the worst Pain au Chocolat out there, which have been flat in shapes. That?s the final straw. I like the Pain au Chocolat, but don?t like bad service which has become tradition everytime I went there.

The old lady in front of bakery was so rude. Yesterday i was there to buy breakfast when i was choosing some pastry she hang the hand and wave me to other side for the next one and did not say nicely. I feel so disrespectful and racism when other Europe come she keep smiling. I paid for my service and get like that. If it was you will you coming back ??? So disrespectful!!!
