My favorite to order in gails chelsea is their Almond croissant but today when I checked and ate my croissant , I noticed that it is overbaked and almost burnt. Taste like it was burnt and really hard to bite. Not the usual quality anymore.

Every moment there in this bakery was fantastic. The people is kind, and the staff is very friendly, I m always enjoy to go there for a sandwich they taste delicious, and hot chocolate is with a good flavour. Thank you

How is it possible that every time I go (before 9:30am) everything is gone already? It is not acceptable for a bakery to finish all the pain au chocolate and cinnamon buns at 9:30 in morning on a Friday and Saturday!!!!
This happens only at this Gail?s! The other Gail?s I go to have everything at least until midday.

've been in hospital for over 6 months with my 12 yr old son and Gails Fulham rd has been my saving grace. I hadn't been a regular in years but I have now returned big time, every morning of the week without fail. Michael and his team have really kept me going. Their welcome, their smiles, good humour, great vibe, not to mention the best coffee, kick off my day like no other. Exceptional team on the floor and in the kitchen. Hats off to you! ?

As locals, my husband and I frequent Gail?s. The staff and atmosphere are very inviting and friendly. One particular staff member, Valentina, has always been so welcoming, warm and kind! The coffee is delicious as are the baked goods.

I recently visited Gail?s on Fulham Road, Chelsea, where we live in the area. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Valentina, who made us feel very welcome. She was kind, friendly, and attentive while taking our order.
The coffee was absolutely amazing ? easily one of the best Gail?s experiences I?ve had anywhere in the UK. The atmosphere was lovely, and the service made it even better. Highly recommend this spot if you?re in the area!
