It's ok is all I can muster. Came in, not too busy. Friendly guy on the entrance who took our order, two coffees and a carrot cake.
Late was ok, matcha not so good, there were lumps in it that looked like when the milk goes bad, we thought it may be foam but no it was definitely milk that had gone off, the barista who made it, (not the one who took the order had I'd I'm honest, rushed it to us without doing quality control and I get it they were busy a little, mistakes happen.
Two coffees and a carrot cake for £16 though was I thought, very steep considering it was just ok and so I won't be returning in the future.

The blond guy was so rude, i was telling him my order but he left away and started to talk to his colleagues when the shop was very quiet. The exact moment was Monday 26th May @16:05 is case if the manager cares

Although I like everything in Gail's , there is one common problem in all Gail's shoops ,
There are fly ? all over the pastries and they should do something about it.

Very rude staff at the till!!! They are just looking and do not want to even help! Just card payment they accept. Never visit again !!

Think I eat too much bread but being from the mediterranean can you blame me?
It is a treat place though for me, so it isn't always a place I am at but if in the area on a rare occasion you may see me leaving with a Sourdough olive baguette in tow.

The almond croissant is one of the best I have ever eaten, not everywhere does it have that crunchy and delicious texture on the palate, THANK YOU, it is impossible to follow the diet with such a delicacy ??

Had a really terrible experience via Deliveroo this morning. Order missing coffees, bread all squashed, when I tried to receive a refund for missing items, I was told no and when I tried to escalate the issue in order to receive my money back, they were very rude and again, refused a refund. Gail?s isn?t cheap but it?s great quality - hence why I decided to order there but this was a really disappointing experience.

The food and coffee is good, but it doesn?t offsets how poor quality the service is. The staff are almost rude and the tables are dirty.
