We were in Screen 4 watching the lovely sensitive film The Taste of Things. It was completely ruined by the very loud, intrusive thumps and bangs for the entire length of the film from the theatre above where they were screening Dune 2. The management MUST have known their sound insulation wasn?t up to snuff and should never show a film in Screen 4 when there is a loud film being screened above. Mind you it didn?t trouble many in the audience - we were two of only four people in the audience. Perhaps the locals know never to go to Screen 4.

Cinema like you have only seen it at the cinema! Beautiful building with grand foajees and classical cinema-bar. Great picture and sound quality, and very comfortable chairs in the theatres themselves. Why anyone in this area in London would want to have their dates anywhere else is beyond me. If you are in London, go there for a movie-night like movie-nights where meant to be!

First time there, film starts (terrible audio on the trailers) better on the main feature, film goes black with audio after ten minutes. Took them a while to react and then finally restart the film... film goes black with audio after 5 minutes this time...We got a free voucher but doesn't reimburse the time and cost of getting there specially to see Out Little Sister. No info on whether they will be showing it again. Very poor.

Great cinema, the staff always seem so lovely. There is a bar on the first floor with a good selection of drinks / snacks for pre-film experience.

Very comfortable cinema, nice seats and chairs. Best thing is the volume is actually decently high unlike many cinemas I've been to

Beautiful cinema with super comfy seats and loads of leg room.Lovely staff too.Clean, tidy, quiet, without all the need for huge popcorn, fizzy drinks etcA real gem of a place, enabling you to enjoy a film in peace and quiet.

Lovely theater, has a lot of the art deco features still. The seats are very comfortable and reclinable. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Had problems downloading the actual ticket because my phone is old and I left it to the last minute but it was quickly sorted.

Came here to watch the boy and the heron in Screen 3, really comfy seats and great leg room where we sat F13-14, very central!

Customer service isn?t great here, on a couple of occasions I have seen mice scurrying around in the screens. Mentioned to members of staff who weren?t the slightest bit bothered. Sometimes when it?s empty, there?s no one around to check tickets, kind of feels like you could just wander in without paying. Also, tonight in Screen 1, the staircase lights by the aisle seats were left on for the entire film, which was a bit distracting.

Visited Fulham Road Picture for a movie, and despite it not being our local cinema, its proximity and multiple screens make it a convenient choice. The cinema itself exudes a pleasant atmosphere, complete with comfy seating that enhances the overall movie-watching experience. If you're in the area and looking for a cinema with a nice ambiance and multiple screening options, Fulham Road Picture is definitely worth considering.

Fun old movie theater. We saw a rat in the theater before the show and they kindly reimbursed us. Basic theater, experience and services but I don?t think they advertise more.

Attended 'Wish' on Sunday 25 November with my godchildren. Such comfy seats! Lovely cinematic experience!

Incompetent management, graceless and uncommunicative staff. Really it wouldn?t have taken much to make the experience nice but these guys could not care less.

There was no heating on in the main number 1 cinema. It was freezing cold and got colder and colder the more I was sitting there as it's such a big screening room. This is not the first time I've experienced this problem with no heating on as they don't seem to put the heating on during the day. The staff were so rude at the box office. One girl in particular with long dark hair and glasses was really obnoxious and has a real attitude problem which needs to be addressed. I don't expect to pay £15 for a ticket and receive this rude attitude from staff and sit in a big freezing cold cinema for nearly 3 hours.I expect to sit in comfort and receive polite service. Is that too much to ask for for this price? Which is why I will be going to the Everyman Cinema about 5 minutes down the road on Kings Road in future which is lovely and warm and the staff are really friendly and helpful. And the sofa style seating is a lot more comfortable there too.
