Have purchased tickets a few times now and appreciated the personal service when I needed a multi stop trip. They took details of my needs and got back to me quickly with a few options balancing price vs convenience. I like that they don't use a call centre. Great personal service!

SCAMMER - avoid this person. We came to Manik H.R. Rashid to apply for an OCI card and paid him £350, £100 of which is a service charge for him. When the OCI was rejected, he then kept £155 and gave us only £195 back. His reason for keeping an extra £55 was because he said he wanted more for his work. He then offered £10 cash to us at his office if we forgot about it and left him - very dodgy so we did not take it.We also bought flight tickets from him and he charged my father, who is elderly, extortionate amounts without an explanation - when I asked about his policy or more information, he acted very aggressively and I felt threatened by his behaviour (I have the conversation recorded as evidence).Businesses do not work this way in the UK. By law, you cannot make up another fee once the job is complete.Another fact that I realised too late is that he is NOT ABTA or ATOL PROTECTED or part of any trade organisation! You risk your money with no protection.

Very deceptive and cunning man. He will make up policies on the spot to take more money from you and is aggressive when asked why these policies exist (suspicious). Please avoid him as he is not ATOL protected or a member of any trade organisation that will protect you if anything goes wrong (this is also quite suspicious).
