Wad very well looked after by Zee back in November to get the suits for myself, best man and my groomsman for my wedding. Needed a few adjustments after we picked them up and tried them on. Came back in yesterday after a couple of months and Zee knew exactly who we were, the colour of the suits and sorted out the adjustments in under an hour. That's the kind of customer service I love too see. Thanks Zee, you are a real asset to Frencheye and I wish you nothing but the best.

Had so much negative experience. Went there today at 7 pm with my friend who came to collect his dress. There were two employees, one woman and a man. The employee lady was friendly, but The man, named HEKMAT, was so rude. After giving the dress to my friend, my friend wore it and checking if it is fit. This man, Hekmat, was telling us "hurry up, wallahi, finish!". Then after that, my friend was at till, he told my friend to give him receipt like he was ordering instead of requesting. The friend politely told him he gave him the receipt. The guy HEKMAT suddenly became angry like we were accusing him something. Then I reminded him that he called my friend since he had the receipt on his hands. He pointed his fingers to me and shouting at me "who are you? You get out from my shop". I was speechless and then asked him "is that how behave with customers?". Then the employee told my friend "dont swear on quraan, you didn?t give me receipt!". We were astonished like is this guy normal! We left the store asap didn?t want to talk him anymore.

I will fully admit that I was an extremely demanding customer, needing a fitted suit for a wedding about three hours after I walked into the store. But, despite me being in chaos, Zee, who helped me, was brilliant.He sized me up perfectly without measuring me, was unflappable even though I needed everything done in no time, and was perfectly mannered and helpful throughout. Above all, he and the tailors did the impossible, and I had a fitted suit in two hours. Zee is the epitome of great customer service. He deserves more praise than I can give. I will definitely go back; he's made a customer for life.

I wasn't expecting that my suit was so well-altered! The service was so professional. Instead of using soft ruler, the guy just use pins for measurement. I am not a technical guy in this domain, but I am very impressed. Every piece is just good-fit to my body shape, and it only took less than a week for the alteration work, the guy Hekmat is the best tailor man I have ever seen. Thanks Hekmat!!!

Bought a suit and shirt and everything else to go with it from Stratford City last Sunday late afternoon.After coming home, I decided I didn't want that suit as there was a change in the event I was buying for, so I needed a change and needed it earlier. So, the next morning, as soon as it opened, I called the store and went and visited them.Had some problems trying to change the suit or to get a refund with staff at the store. Hopefully will now get it to sort it out with the customer care team.

Excellent customer service from Zee. I just bought 3 suits. He assisted me with co-ordinating the ties. I have bought over 10 suits from Frencheye so far. They do the alterations for me and the fit is perfect every time. No pushy sales. The quality of the suits speak for themselves. Thank you.

Absolutely Brilliant Experience. After a whole day of trying to find a good suit for my event, we headed over to French Eye as a last resort. I was greeted within seconds with the lovely Hekmat, who was very polite and passionate about his craft. Within 10 minutes, I had an outstanding suit. And within the day, they had it tailored for me. 10/10 on Customer service and suit quality. Best experience in a tailors I have ever had.
