Bizarre experience with these guys... where do I start? They weren't able to fix my electrical problem (despite their pretentious access to French car software and all the related mumbo jumbo), which would have been ok... but after dismantling the car, they didn't want to put it back together because I moved the car to another garage. So now I am left with the original problem PLUS three pieces of the car taken out and not put back to their place, and 300 quids short... terrible.

Recommended to me by my housemate who had lived in this area for ages. Really friendly, they know their stuff and were happy to help me out with questions. According to my housemate their prices are really fair too.

Got my car serviced here after being let down by the main dealer. Travelled a long way from SE London but well worth the journey. Really friendly service, work completed quickly and the interior of my car was appropriately protected with plastic sheets and floor mats.Will definitely use again despite the distance.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Dedicated, extremely knowledgeable and the most qualified and experienced mechanics I have ever used. Fixed a problem with the charging circuit on our 2012 Kangoo which Renault no longer produced the parts for. The scoured the internet and the country for parts which were not even available second hand. They don't give up until they have tried every single possibility. These eventually adapted a charging circuit from another Renault Car that was physically and essential the same. They rewired sections to "trick" the ECU , they cloned the new part to make it work with the original ECU. They got it working. Fantastic service, fantastic advice and a very good price ! Have since used for my other car

Real professionals, a bit more pricy than others, but I'm happy to pay for someone I trust and the great service I've had so far. Thanks Andy, Vincent and the team, always so helpful and great in explaining things, even to those like me that have zero understanding in parts names/ other car stuff. You can go to a garage where you feel you are being ripped off, and that would be the first and last time there as they'll try to get everything they can from you, this is not the place, team here are great, and really explain everything through and are doing their best to make the best value for your money!
