This is about the Westfield mall unit in Stratford. A rather underwhelming selection of books, clueless-indifferent staff. Graphic novel section practically unreachable because of a cart continuously stationed there. It could be any other section, or they could shift it from time to time, but no. These are principled people, and those principles are not concerned with the customer. Update: Things went from bad to worse in that the graphic novel section now is comprised of tons of manga and superheroe trash, with only a few staples of alternative comics. You wouldn't guess from what's on offer here that the genre is thriving, or exists at all. I find the change dumbfounding for I never seen more than a handful people in this shop throughout all these years, so popular demand can't be the reason. One needs to go to the Waterstones in the Walthamstow Mall to see what's it all about.

It's a lovely bookshop very hit and miss on staff some are lovely and some are very not customer friendly maybe theyre sick of customers but that's what keeps the business going so it's important to pretend!! At least!!
