Such a lovely owner and staff, top notch Italian food ( pasta, salads, pizza etc ) and a cozy atmosphere. The prices are so reasonable for such great food!

Five Stars for the ice cream but the let down was the hash and rather rude manner of the owner. I understand she is elderly 90 years old but that shouldn?t give her the right to be unpleasant towards customers

The most delicious ice cream ever, full of flavour and richness, truly a treat. Lovely staff, always friendly. I'm so glad I live locally to this parlour.

Half cinnamon, half coconut. Cinnamon one was amazing, the coconut one was great, but very mild coconut flavour. The texture was very smooth as well.
It was £4 for a medium tub, reasonable price, I think.

We had an awful experience unpleasant and rude customer service. My six other friends felt the same. Treated terrible. Especially the elderly lady. Its not even worth 1star . The ice cream was less than average.

The lady was rude and didn?t liked the way was talking to customers. Hygiene is non known in this place. The gentleman who served me didn?t wear any gloves and he was touching with empty hands the cons, the spoons. As well the pos and handling cash. I have severe medical conditions due to contamination and when I?ve asked to don?t touch the spoon with empty hands, they looked at me like I?m crazy. Serving and handling food requires hygiene. Being sick and paying for it, it?s definitely a no.

If I could give zero stars I would!! The old lady was extremely unpleasant and rude, unprovoked even, as we were eating our ice cream! I could not believe it at all. The ice cream is nice but they definitely need to take a scoop out of O?Donna?s ice cream store when it comes to customer service!

Very good authentic icecream. Amazing to find this type of place in London. The spot opened in 1978 like it says on the building and you can tell that the authenticity of the place hasn?t been impacted over time. From orange to rose water to chocolate and mocca the flavours do not disappointed. The pistachio didn?t seem to be a dairy based favour, even though it wasn?t what I was expecting, I?m definitely not mad about it. When you go, try the Rose Water!! 8/10 great place!

I passed Foubert?s many times over the years. Always full of patrons, I repeatedly told myself to try it sometime.
Today I finally walked in for some ice cream and sorbet, which is as good as any you?ll find in Italy ? properly authentic and homemade.
We had the pleasure of meeting Luciano who?s been running this gelateria, restaurant and hotel combo with his wife since 1978.
He was incredibly kind and even offered some extra lemon sorbet after we chatted!
Will be coming back for the food soon?
