Great all round service! From the eye test to getting my glasses sorted fast. Selection of eye ware is a little limited but priced well and they are very flexible ( I bought my frames somewhere else but they were happy to sort out the lenses, etc). Friendly, patient and helpful staff. Amelia is so lovely you?d think you are talking to a friend! They were recommended to me and I shall recommend them to others.

I visited the Roehampton branch recently and honestly couldn?t be more impressed. From booking the appointment, being thoroughly screened to choosing and having new glasses fitted-brilliant! A very high level of attention to detail and genuine care for the customer. I?d always go back here and would highly recommend!

My experience was made very easy by the very friendly and helpful receptionist who was able to to keep to the time scale promised . They had a range of designer glasses at very reasonable prices My lenses arrived quicker than expected , Excellent !!!

I?d highly recommend Focal Point for their first class customer service, extensive knowledge and fantastic range of eye products. During the pandemic they?ve had strict covid safety measures in place which has been very reassuring. They are a very friendly and professional team. They have an interesting and useful website as well!

I have registered my parents here a year ago and i found the staff very unprofessional and careless. My father is a cancer patient and he only leaves home for medical reasons. Every time he booked his appointment and when he arrived at the time he is simply told that it has been double booked so we apologise we can?t see you today . This has happened three times and its so upsetting that a person who is above 65 and is extremely vulnerable is being sent home and not being given treatment and priority to be seen . Every time he leaves the house he is putting himself at risk but these people don?t care they will simply send you and give priority to the other person they have booked at the same time. Very rude and careless staff .

I get my swimming goggles from Focalpoint. As a competitive swimmer it is so important to have a decent pair and the goggles they suggested last year have been excellent, I won't use anything else now.
