They are scamers toke my money and won't refund me you can't call them as every time u ring I'm like number 80 in the Q At 9am when they just open they don't email back I got a good mind to drive there to there shop and smash there windows see how they like it

Wouldn't bother they deliver wrong stuff, then you can't contact customer services due to the high amount of people already complaining. This morning I was 118th in queue and you automatically get cut off after 60 minutes of being on the phone to them.the callback service took 24 hours for them to eventually return my call. Eventually after threatening to claim via my credit card they arrange to collect the old stuff and redeliver the correct stuff and guess what they cancelled 30 minutes before delivery and now I'm being told next week. Don't waste your money with this waste of space company. All the reviews on their website and trust pilot are filtered to only show positive feedback

Requested a sample. It's been months and still not received. I have been holding on for 40 min's then got cut off. Called back held on for another 20 mins. Same thing, the call got disconnected. TBH, I was about to spend a great amount of money with these people, due to the slap dash customer services, they have lost out. Reviews are poor also.

After spending 1.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to leader floors I then sent 3 emails of which I have had no reply! I am now 5 working days late of my delivery and very anxious as to whether I am actually going to receive my order of over £500.Stay clear of these people

From the product to the fitting to returning goods, this company tries to squeeze as much money out of consumer at every stage. Pure profiteering!! Ended up finding same quality much cheaper elsewhere for our other flooring work.For our next job we went with leader Flooring (online company) and used a carpetright fitter privately. We saved £250 compared to these guys.It was made out flooring superstore that returning extra product was simple by the sales team. So we ordered extra only to find out you can't drop it off, it HAS to be collected by the team for £50 flat fee plus 10% of the value of the return, which took both my wife and I by surprise.Returning £70 pound worth of goods would cost result in a £17 refund!! Why were we encouraged to order extra, with such a penalty for returning. Surely for a small order of goods the store should be able to take it back and have it collected by collection team at the end of the day.We were also quoted £225 fitting charge in store but then were being charged £315 by the fitter afterwards and he was making pathetic excuses for charging extra that not even a child would buy. They claim fitters are independent of the store but you see them in the store having a nice natter to the retail team. Perhaps they are colluding together to rinse the customer.After looking online for another flooring provider for our other rooms we found much cheaper prices too. Leader Flooring (Google it) would have cost us half the price.Returning back to the point of returning goods, it is pure profiteering to charge 10% of value of goods. The cost to the company is weight or size of goods for collecting returns, why charge based off of value of product unless it's only to make easy money.Have your collection vans run between your stores picking up products that have been returned to them. 2 collections a day per store would mean no goods would pile up and there wouldn't be any storage issues for returned product. Simple!All in all very expensive buying from this company who use any excuse to charge the customer more.For our next job we went with leader Flooring (online company) and used a carpetright fitter privately. We saved £250 compared to these guys.

I had a wonderful experience using Ryan and his team at FL. Helpful, on-time, went above and beyond more than once and very reasonable price compared to Tapi and other big companies. Speak to Ryan, he'll sort you out.

Poor experience. Decided to use local business but this was a mistake.Just had my vinyl replaced by Carpet right, as the Vinyl fitted by this shop was done with Carpet glue so yellow stained through the vinyl due to poor fitting.

I ordered 20 Sq M. of strip wood flooring, we needed one more pack. The order was made, but wrong item was delivered in a broken packaging.Due to urgency I ordered another package and paid extra for overnight delivery. the following day the package arrived, but wrong item again.They don't provide an email address and the only means of access is a phone number which is never picked up.AVOID them if you can.

SoLikely this won't get published but..BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!My flooring arrived but poor quality and hard to fit. When asking to exchange for upgrade I'm told I have to return at my cost to chance a refund/ exchange despite a clause in14 day no quibble guarantee that a straight exchange is possible.Postage is twice the cost of materials so I've been had . Lumbered with lumberSuggest b N q or wickes store unless leaders is on your doorstep.

IF you are a new customer then fine, you will get an agent through their IVR system. If you are an existing customer, you will be left on hold and at times, they will just hang up.
