This review might seem like I am a fanatic but let me tell you why I am fanatical about this garage.I unfortunately had to use my insurance for the first time in forever, and after pawing through the list of mediocre garages put to me; and turning down 8 garages; Auto Fix West Kensington was finally suggested. After reading through their glowing reviews I was dead set this was the garage for me. I was VERY specific about the garage my car was going to be seen by, as I have a limited-edition sports car. So I didn?t want just anyone touching it. I had to call in to see if my repair would be accepted, at this point there was some miscommunication as to whether my car was accepted or not, due to the distance from my home. But then Hemal the superstar (aka the manager) came through.Once the car was initially assessed, it was understood that parts had to come from a very long way due to the type of car it is. I went through the repairs with Hemal in detail. Hemal listened intently and gave his feedback. He stayed in touch with me and gave me updates, once the parts were ordered, once they had arrived, accurate timings of how long the repair would take and when to collect. The turn around of my car was 4 days. I have never known a garage with this level of transparent communication and accuracy with timings.I am always anxious to leave my car with any garage because I am a car enthusiast, which means I am incredibly fastidious about the way the car is dealt with. I went through the paint work, the lining up of the bumper and underside in detail, and all I can say is the work was immaculate. IMMACULATE! I have found this garage to be incredibly professional, honest, to the point and highly skilled. Hemal was fantastic at looking after me, and turning around a mistaken miscommunication at the beginning, this shows me that they have great professionalism. I felt reassured and heard; and honestly one of the best experiences I have had with a garage. (who can honestly say that)I would not hesitate to recommend Fix Auto West Kensington to anyone who has car issues. 10 out of 10 and I would give more stars if I could. I can see why they are so highly rated and I am glad my car was seen here. Thankyou.

great friendly staff, with excellent communication keeping me up to date with everything, the team fixed my rear bumper last week, it?s looking absolutely amazing. would highly recommend and the staff even cleaned the inside of my car! thank you

Excellent garage - 5 stars. I took my car in after the bonnet had started to rust after a previous body job the garage did. They sorted it out straight out and returned my car wonderfully clean. Great staff - will definitely return

Amazing people and excellent service. I am so lucky to take my vehicle to them. Originally i had taken to the Park Royal branch and they were terrible. I took my car to the West Kensington branch for valuation on the 5th of July, they had the parts in by the end of next day after that i took my car on Wednesday the 12 and got back it back on the 13th fully repaired. Highly recommend the specific garage for car body works. It is a no brainer why they have the highest in stars, 4.8 and they are the top among all Fix Auto branches.

I recently chose Fix Auto West Kensington for my car?s repair work. I cannot express in words how brilliant they were from start to finish. They were responsive on phone calls, they arranged the vehicle assessment swiftly, they were efficient with the repair work, and also excellent in their customer service. I had the pleasure to meet two of the team members in person - Hemal Amin and Dhaval Shah - and both were superb. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a quality repair job to go here. You won?t be disappointed. ???

The team were very accommodating and friendly. Quick with the repairs and communicated well. My car was also cleaner then it would?ve been then if I?d taken it to a car wash when I picked it up.

Went to get a quote after a no fault accident. Staff were very efficient and polite. Told me to bring car in next Monday and I would have it back in time for a service on Wednesday. Whilst I cannot yet comment on repairs the initial contact couldn't be better.

I have given my Audi A4 Sport to this Garage after non fault car collision, I can say that I am really happy with this Garage , it is professional, got fixed my front and rear bumpers with rear Beam, all within 4 days. And they have also washed my car! Amazing!I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.I can say that it is one of the best Garages in London.Keep up the good work guys , I wish you all the best in the future.

Brilliant service ! My insurance company put me in contact with fix auto to repair some damage on the back bumper. I dropped the car off on Monday and was told I could pick it up by Friday but instead they had it all ready on Wednesday 2 days early , they also cleaned the car for me and left it looking newer than when I dropped it off.
