I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Five Guys near Trafalgar Square, and it was all thanks to the incredible customer service from Claudia! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and genuine enthusiasm, making me feel like a truly valued customer.
Not only did she ensure my order was perfect, but she also went above and beyond to check in on me, making sure everything was just right with my meal. Her attention to detail, kindness, and friendly nature turned a simple meal into a memorable experience. It?s rare to come across such outstanding service, and Claudia truly embodies what great hospitality should be.
I?ll definitely be back

Great burgers ? a bit on the expensive side compared to other burger establishments, but their fries are amazing and there is a lot of them. Burgers are chosen with nothing but the basics and you add extras (for free) so great with kids who don't like salad as you don't have to remove items, just add what they will eat.

Really fast, warm and delicious. Especially considering it was the height of lunch time. Staff were friendly and the self-ordering machine was great- never seen one in five guys. Yes it is expensive, but you?re paying for QUALITY food- like the overloading fries and the free refills for drinks are amazing, especially as they have almost every drink imaginable
Dietary restrictions: Please note if you?re allergic to peanuts, don?t come here- fries are cooked in peanut oil

It's a burger joint and a typical one but I only give macdonalds 1 star and burger king 1 star and subway 2 stars so bit better than the usual burger bar bit price for burger is pricey
