Had a great experience with Marco @ Firela Motors. At short notice he checked my lights (when no other garages in the area could be bothered) he then put it through the mot without issue. All for a great price. Highly recommend

Today I called firella for an emergency MOT on mi Mercedes S Class, the gentleman on the phone was TOP helpful, booked me an MOT in an hour and they did a great job and very professional, 50£ for an MOT was a fair price! ?

I used this garage for last two years to carry on Service and MOT. After the reminder from Firela for the new service , I decided to try somebody else this year, whom offer me the original parts for the service of my car. Last week after when the job was done , he show me the stage of the oil, plugs and filters! I couldn?t believe it. I contacted Marco and he replied explaining I wasn?t charge for the full service just interim (basic) but I requested a full service ?? and he explained to me wasn?t necessary!!! I Appreciate he got in contact with me even when he was abroad explaining I wasn?t charge for a full service. But today when I went to see him in very arrogant manner told me doesn?t matter if the service book said full service!! Unbelievable when I tried to explained him after two services was done by his garage and after8.400 miles and the oil shouldn?t be that bad !!! I am sorry but I have the rights to complain about the work done by firela , he keep insisting they change even when the air filter was the original the car had from Germany !!! Regards less they charge or not because the second time it was in cash it is difficult to prove it! BUT I TRUSTED HIM AND HIS GARAGE but for him is doesn?t matter.I advice if anyone want to do any work with this people to be present and see what they do in the car, because it looks doesn?t matter if you requested something for the Garage can assume is not necessary to change the partsI WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE NOT JUST FOR TTHE LACK OF TRANSPARENCY ALSO FOR THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Service: General repairs & maintenance

If you own an Abarth or Alfa, this place is the best in london, well worth the trip. They have pieces in stock and are very quick with the job, and contrary to other mechanics they really know Italian cars well. Glad to have found this place, won't take my Abarth anywhere else

Excellent independent Alfa Romeo & Fiat specialist, the only one in London as far as I know. Out of London specialists will be a bit cheaper due to lower overheads but Firela were helpful, fast and efficient and know the cars and all the wrinkles - a (uprated) clutch and DMF replacement. Always a good thing when most general garages are a bit scared of Alfas and you end up paying for their voyage of discovery and lack of special tools. Many would charge more, be slower and not know to replace or grease bellhousing bushes. I'd definitely use them again.

Best garage I?ve ever dealt with in 30+ years of driving. I don?t even have an Italian car anymore but I take all my cars there. Marco is a gent and always works within your budget. Work is always first class and all the guys there are very skilled and can tackle any job you throw at them.
