I don't know what lovely member of staff helped my dad today but my mum is turning 60 soon and wanted a jacket that is out of stock for her birthday. Absolutely lovely member of staff checked on the system, went to the back and got the last one left in the whole of London. (We have been chasing this jacket down) My mum will be so happy!! Thank you so much. ??
