Clothes are fine but staff very rude, never say "hi" back, seem to be irritated that you shop there. Also heard they talk badly about other clients and laughing at them.very unprofessional

Very bad experience. There are two unfriendly saleswomen. The store is untidy and dirty. They refuse to undo a dress in the window claiming that it takes 1 hour. uh in general it takes 5 minutes chromos..I work in retailI would never give anything more in this store

I have donated to this shop and bought items for almost 10 years. I have always supported this shop and been glad to have this shop in Southfields. Today, I took a couple of items to the shop in good condition- one of which was a brand new car seat. Before I had even got through the door the counter staff member shouted from the desk that they shop didn?t accept car seats. It was very rude, I was actually donating other items too and this could have been explained to me discreetly and it would have been nice to have been thanked for donating. I have no issue with the policy my issue was with the way I was treated. Staff should not be so rude. I spoke to the staff member concerned but she seemed oblivious to the upset caused and no one apologised or understood. Therefore I have put my concerns in writing

Great shop. Opens at 10am, not 9am. Listing is wrong.

I love a charity shop and this is a particularly good one. Lovely, well looked-after clothes, really friendly staff and often good music ??

I had never come across this charity shop before, with the area I would have expected it to be a little bigger, but with this area there where quite a few charity shops on the same street. There was quite a selection to see and choose from, with a lot of items being better quality than what I'm used to, I checked their plates and and they where all good condition, no chips or cracks. On speaking to a member of staff I was told that if anything came in with any damage it would not be sold, now if that was anywhere in Glasgow they would have sold a dish or plate with chips, cracks for full price.

Really sweet staff, very helpful, and they remember their regulars! Always full of gorgeous donations, and the shop is very well presented and laid out. A wonderful cause, too.

Although not the largest of charity shops Fara Moda covers all the basics; lady garments (the largest section), man garments, CD's (some cassette tapes) DVD's/computer games and general stuff (ornaments, small furniture, cups etc) as well as some pictures and a 'Kids Corner' - things to buy, not a play area. Everything has a designated area here, not cluttered or messy but placed and orderly with ample room left to negotiate your path around and browse for some gems. As I previously mentioned it's not the largest so their book section isn't as large as many other charity shops and the same goes for most of the varying sections. I only bought one book when I was there last but I'll definitely be returning for some more knockdown goodies. Remember, one (wo)mans trash is another (wo)mans treasure! They also have a changing room facility and some Goldfish but I believe the fishys are for display purposes only. However, if you ask the question they could be yours for a small charitable fee, Love and hugs, Ian
