Fara...please provide customer service training to your volunteers. Asking to look at something that's displayed out of reach and being given attitude and sarcasm is not really encouraging customers to purchase items in a CHARITY shop (even if we DON'T seem interested). Not sure what happened with this particular volunteer, but not all customers are there to make things difficult for you. Attitude check please...

Love a shop that?s so up itself it doesn?t need to actually sort the sizes. ?Our customers obviously have nothing better to do than look at every single label?. No wonder it was empty.

Update: May 2021 Prices are now plain silly pretty much everything is more than buying from ebay including postage. Impossible to clothe yourself here unless your budget means you don't use charity shops. Very sad example of charity shop greed, I left open mouthed on how things could go so wrong. Avoid
