In the last minute of anticipation I was going to arrive late the gentleman on the phone was very polite and constructive to work another time plan for me to arrive. ?,shop is clean bright and welcoming .I was seen buy ZAYN ??. Recently found out from my new optician that I have no blue light filter on my lenses ( which I paid for at Emporium).I fell for the guy's selling of the fancy Hoya lenses (thinner 1.5 lenses don't realistically change distortion at all for small prescription) and overspent on lenses, however they omitted adding the filter.

My lense came out of the frames and the staff fixed my glasses for free, reinforced the frames and cleaned the lenses. They were very patient and meticulous. Thank you very much for your careful help!

I had my best service in this optician, the optician great and the guy Farooq who help me choose glasses and delivered on time. The best thing I keep my frame and change lenses. I don?t have to give the frame to him for 2 weeks he took my measurements and order glasses and went to fit lense after 2 weeks. Thanks again

Received fantastic service at the Eye Emporium and I am very happy with my glasses. My first appt was with Saeed who was very patient and helpful as I was looking for a particular brand of glasses, which unfortunately didn?t suit me style wise. Saeed found me an alternative pair which I love. My follow up appointment to have my lenses measured was with Suhuur who was also very helpful and friendly. Eye Emporium has been the best service I have ever received from an opticians, they also have a lot of very unique frames and amazing sunglasses. I have received many compliments on my new glasses and very happy l went to this store. Thank you.

I received prompt and amazing service from the Eye Emporium Cricklewood team from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Mr Mohammed for taking the time to give me some advice about choosing the frame and adjusting it. I would highly recommend the place!

As a long-term customer I always found them polite, friendly and helpful, but recently I appreciated their diagnosis of cataracts and referral to a private provider with NHS contract. Amazed at how quickly I received an appointment and the fact that Eye Emporium is accredited to carry out post-op assessments. Everything quick and easy and amazing results.

Stopping by this store to fix my glasses, the staff was so friendly and considerate in fixing them for free, even though I didn?t buy it here. I?ll definitely come again if I need new glasses in the future.

The new people at Stratford branch are untrustworthy Thieves. Not relaible when it comes to refunding the money you put down for deposit. When nothing is done for £45.I will Never use this unreliable place again. Thieves. I will not recommend this place. The are unreliable set of people.
