Today I went to this place and walked about 1km to be there.I wanted to return a package and they told me I couldn't because it was full and they had no more capacity.

Really bad courier service I ever received!I had a parcel to be delivered to me from boohoo. But the parcel never arrived to me, and they keep updating status as not delivered will attempt next working day!!Though I was waiting outside my flat during given time slot.
