£20 per person tickets, sofas are way too low and the screen was pretty small. We loved that we could order food seated but £60 All in for 2 people visiting the cinema is quite steep.I'm not sure I'd visit again.

Absolutely loved this experience! Went with my 9 month old and could park pram inside cinema hall whilst we sat on comfy sofa and watched dune 2. Cookie dough and hot drink included with ticket.Haven't been to cinema in ages so really happy they have this baby club option.Have already recommended to friends and family

Watched Dune here on Friday night. The temperature was outrageously high towards the second half of movie. Sort it out Everyman! this is appalling at your prices.

Overall I was really excited to bring my mother for mothers day but when we got inside the theatre we realised something felt off. It was absolutely boiling in the room to the point that my mother had to go outside because she felt so terribly ill from it and that she might pass out. When we told the staff that the room felt too hot we were told that they were well aware of it and knew that the air conditioning was not working and gave my mother a water and there was nothing else they could do. My mother had to try and fan herself in the room with a makeshift fan we made out of a bag, but it was too much and incredibly uncomfortable making the experience not worth while at all. I find it so ridiculous that we weren't informed of this beforehand if they already knew. I also heard many others complaining as well, as we were all confused as to why we were not told about this as we are paying about £20 to sit in an overheated room and even more on food that we couldn't enjoy as much because of this. I paid for a good experience with my mother when instead it was so uncomfortable we could barely enjoy the film and missed most of it. What's the point of paying for the experience if I don't get to experience it? I can't believe I spent so much money on this just to have a ruined mother's day.

Sauna in dune 2. Everyone was almost dying from the heat

Came here for Dune 2 but wish I didn?t. The room was boiling and uncomfortable. It?s like going to a sauna for 3hrs but not in a good way. The movie was fine.

Could have been great, as the servers did a great job and the environment was nice and relaxed. However the temperature in screen one was outrageously high. Literally like a sauna. Extremely hard to concentrate on the movie and after many of us complained afterwards, the manager seemed pretty blaise and offered glasses of water.

Great venue, but was overcharged on the food by £50 - mistakes happen, but when I subsequently pointed it out the only response apart from a refund was ?it?s a good job you spotted it?. Slightly shocking.

It's such a relaxing place (I even forgot to bring my slippers?)

First visit to an Everyman cinema attending the Canary Wharf venue, and I don't think I'll ever return to one.The general decor as you walk in is nice and there's a cool model of James Bond's DB5? That's about where the fun stops sadly. I was initially impressed but that soon wore off.I attended screen 3, which wasn't a massive screen but watchable, I thought it was alright, but the main issue was the sound. Wow. It's not even setup or balanced right. The treble was so overpowering compared to the bass it was actually painful to sit there. It's been the only cinema in 30+ years I've ever thought ?This sound is terrible!.? Hardly any surround and it was ALL treble. Madness.Whilst I get it's nice to have food out, having waiters come down the aisles stepping on bags, coats etc as there's no place to put stuff isn't ideal during the movie either.I bought some salted popcorn, which I genuinely think was honestly just plain popcorn.Seats are ?ok? but there's nothing special here to make me ever think to return.I'd say spend your money on an £18 IMAX instead, better seats, better sound and better screen. Whilst I didn't try the food, it's not the reason I'd visit the cinema.
