Helpful staff, but I'm not going to be coming back to Evan's Cycles in the future.
It's been almost two weeks since I'd placed an order for my bike, and it's not even arrived at the store. I'd have done better to have bought it elsewhere.

Came here for cycling shoes and they have a decent selection. They?ve currently got a sale on so grabbed them for 50% off. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially George who was new but was able to assist me with all my queries. Highly recommend!

Big shout out to Nick at St Paul's branch in London who was a proper gentleman this morning when we ran into bother with a puncture in a buggy this morning! He fixed it immediately helped us on our way exploring the city. Thanks so much!

Terrible Customer Service ? Avoid Evans Cycles
I had a really disappointing experience with Evans Cycles and won?t be ordering from them again. I placed an order for a bike online, not realizing that it would arrive unassembled in a large box. Literally five minutes after placing the order, I called customer service to see if I could change it to store delivery so the bike could be built ? since I don?t have the tools or ability to build it myself.
To my surprise, they told me there was nothing they could do. No option to cancel, no way to change the delivery method ? just a flat-out ?it?s already processed? response. They didn?t seem to care at all that I had just placed the order or that it was for my daughter?s birthday. They were completely inflexible and dismissive.
Now I?m stuck with a large boxed bike being delivered to my home, and no way to assemble it in time. They offered no help, no solutions ? just ?there?s nothing we can do.?
Absolutely terrible customer service. I should have listened to the other negative reviews. Save yourself the stress and order from a company that actually supports its customers. Never again.

I applied the bike-to-work scheme. The staffs are very professional and patient, they gave me lots of comparison and suggestions from selecting the right type of bike until assembling the final bike. Super nice experience!!!
They helped me adjust some elements to suits my body. Also you can promote some part of the bike if you would like to.
You just show the bike-to-scheme certificate, and within the budget you can pick some accessories. Easy and simple!!
Highly recommended again ;-)

Oh my god what a grumpy bunch of people!! The customer service was dreadful and convinced me not to ever put a foot in this shop ever again!! It had been ages since I had met so unpleasant and unhelpful people, run away!!
