So collecting my Euros today, 2 girls decided to appear along side me and meanwhile, the lady serving me who had my debit card couldn?t wait to show off my credit card details, first displaying the front of my card, so a quick phone pic from these girls (who looked particularly menacing) and they?ve now got my long card number and expiry date, but the lady serving me wasn?t happy giving all this away, she then flipped my card over and left it again in full view on her counter, while she messed with her computer, so my 3 digit security number was now on full view! She wasn?t finished there though, she couldn?t stop telling me and these girls how much cash she was handing me? Absolutely no discretion and won?t be going back!Click

I went to the Hammersmith eurochange office. I received amazing customer service when buying Turkish currency and was treated well by the staff. I am certain that I will visit again. I would like to thank the employee named Enka for her excellent service.
