Awful rates. They offered me 1000 less than I ended up getting at Canary Wharf the next day. Thank god I had my husband with me who checked rates online before I said yes to them. Then then called somewhere and increased by few hundreds but were still 300 below what I ended up getting from exchange shop in Canary Wharf. If you have anything above 500 avoid them
