I have quite good experience with never had a problem with my parcel but last time I pick up my parcel which was opened and my item was stolenI confirmed the man on the till with it and he was rude to meTelling me that is not his responsibility start shouting at me and told me I should never send other parcel again in this storeHe did not let me picture my parcel how it looks us a evidence he just snutch it of meThe parcels are in the back of the store full open that everyone can grab and open other people parcelsI left the shop with out my parcel because I did not accept empty parcel !!!!!Very disappointed in this shop !!!!!

I don't recommend it, they cheat on the change. The prices on the shelf and at the till are different.

I had a really good experience, I was waiting for one of my parcels to be picked up. EVRI was not updating me on any info ..I used the Chat options on google and Sandy from the shop helped me very professionally. Excellent service ? if the phone doesn?t work ..use the chat and they respond very quick

Only ever get my parcels delivered here. Normally have great customer service, but the past 5 times I've been, I have been met with rudeness and rather difficult tills people. I've knocked off stars to now reflect how I've been treated as of lately. If it improves I will change it but until then it's staying at 3.

first time doing amazon returns and i had no clue how to do it. the guy at the counter made it very easy and took the time to explain the entire process. was very patient and gave good suggestions on how to package safely. now i know what to do and where to go the next time. thank you very much!

Forgot to review the disgraceful service my elderly relative was met with by one of the chaps that works there around 2 months ago.She had a parcel to return via evri; they saw her struggling to hold it as it was quite heavy, turning her away because it supposedly over their weight limit (15kg)She weighed it at home and it was 14.8kgI tried calling them many times to enquire about the Evri weight limits but no one picks up.Went to their store not long after and they said the limit is 25kg, i confronted the clerk about what had happened but the chap seemed defensive and said he?d recently returned from holiday and had no clue what other young man it couldve been.No regards for older people, more regard for the Evri drivers, bunch of losers

Had to send back something back from amazon and luckily this shop has a super easy way of doing the hard work. You just print out the ticket and they pack it and send it off. Great Convienient service
