I've paid many visits to the Estee Lauder counter here over the last month or so, trying to decide on a foundation shade, and Theresa has been so kind and helpful to me every time. She's so patient with me and my indecisiveness, and my seemingly ever-changing skin tone, and is happy to properly talk with me through the decision-making process every time I visit. I have been so impressed with her service that I had to provide feedback/a review somewhere!
