If you?d like to experience a very bad customer service try this station in East Dulwich being run by the Motor Fuel Group. The customer service is so appalling that you begin to wonder if any effort was actually ever put into hiring and training these staff. Even the call centre agents are no better thereby suggesting that this culture is endemic, systemic and institutional.Recently, precisely on Saturday 16 December 2023, I was there to fuel my car, and the assistant was never attentive because I had to repeat my Vehicle Registration Number thrice to him because I am using an Esso Card to ensure that he gets it right but sadly he ended up getting it wrong which is very disappointing, frustrating and distressing to me. In fact, he seemed in a hurry and totally preoccupied by something else. If he had paid attention and patiently listened, he would have gotten the Vehicle Registration Number right.Also, I had to wait for about 30 minutes in the forecourt before I was served. He closed the entire forecourt while customers were either waiting or leaving in anger. He could not even offer an explanation as to why the forecourt was closed at the time or apologised to the waiting, leaving and angry customers. In fact, right in front of me, more than 10 customers left in anger. The CCTV can verify this.I would later call their call centre to complain and that?s where the service got even more nightmarish!Basically, I was trying to draw the attention of the staff to my earlier email over the incident at their East Dulwich Station in London, and she wasn?t listening and kept talking over me. I think she was probably chewing something like a gum.You would expect a staff to attentively listen when a customer is speaking but she kept talking over me, raising her voice with an attitude and eventually dropping the call even before I finished. I was shocked that a staff could drop a call on a customer and if she could do that to me, I have no doubt that she has done it before to other customers, and the reason why she was bold to behave this way is because this her attitude has not been properly addressed.Also, when I asked her to put me through to a duty manager or supervisor to raise a complaint she refused and told me that the manager is not on duty, which I find hard to believe that a duty manager or supervisor could not be in on a Monday morning!

PLEASE check the total of what you buy on your debit cards. so many times i have had problems. I always ask for a receipt and get told "its not working or no paper in it" And when I check my account they have taken a lot more than they have said....Eg; two items that should be £26.00 max, they have taken £39.00 out of my account. when i have gone back, the little man tries to tell me he has not seen me before, when i was there 15/20 minutes before.... I have now put a complaint to head office..SCAMMERS 19/07/2023 I had to put one star, to be able to post this.... just so everyone knows I give NO STARS. The reviews on here are so fake if you read them!!!!NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL....I will let you know of the outcome.......(screenshot this just in case it gets unposted)

Treated like a thief! I chose to fill up my motorcycle here yesterday. I was called over the public address system to come in to the shop to pay before fuelling, so that I wouldn't ride off without paying. I was told there had been others who had done so. However, no other motorist on the forecourt was being asked to do this. Cars and vans filling up with many times higher volumes of fuel than mine were simply going about their business without having to prove their honesty. My registration number plate is clear for their cameras to read. I have never ridden or driven off from a fuel station anywhere and resent being discriminated against. Fortunately, there are plenty of other fuel stations locally.

Easy and accessible to use. Let down by poor customer service. My change was slammed down on the counter.Without a sign to explain that change is slammed down on the counter because of covid, being abruptly told in a callous way, means unless I am desperate I will get my fuel elsewhere.

My sister in law just advised that she was taking silly profiled on her visit this afternoon. Server, would not allow her to get her petrol before paying. But he did allow an Asian customer to fill up without paying first. It?s this type of behaviour that fuels racial discrimination.

I only give 1 star because there is no 0 . till clerk on duty on the 28/11/21 at 13:00 very very rude he complained about me collecting nectar points as I have only purchased 6 pounds worth of petrol on my motorcycle.Very rude
