Shoddy and poor attitude from staff. Went to pick up a click and collect parcel which I had proof of delivery and code number for and they continually denied any knowledge of it without even looking for it , til after several minutes I persisted and showed them the photo and signature that Royal Mail had emailed me .... read full comment
