The salon and the staff is really nice. However, unfortunately my lashes are overcurled and it does not get better. They are sticking into my lid and giving me pain... the staff said it will take two days till they set - it's more then a month now and I still struggle with the result ?. Also I wasn?t asked which colour I want and have gotten black even though I prefer having brown lashes because I am blond ..Edit regarding answer:I will contact the salon and my phone number in the app was outdated so there are not able to contact me

I have had Shirin twice now and her service is absolutely amazing. It has taken me so long to find a beauty salon which is clean , affordable and just friendly. It is now my go to place to go place to go to receive any beauty treatments

Had an intimate wax here the other day, it was my first time at this salon. Long story short: I would highly recommend!Booking was easy: I emailed and got a very quick reply. The lady who performed my wax was so lovely and made me feel really comfortable, even though I was nervous. I've waxed that area several times at different salons, and this was definitely the least painful. This is not because I've been doing it regularly - I hadn't waxed in 7 months! Very professional.

Please don't believe the one star reviews being posted here, if you click on the posters name then you can see they have only ever made 1 contribution (evidence of a fake account). An ex employee is posting all of these, hopefully this is investigated by both the police and google. These posts are being reported as spam. I've returned to this salon today for waxing, and it's still as amazing as it was before, it's run by the same management.

Wonderful tinting and threading experience - my therapist was gentle and attentive to what I wanted and I?m delighted with the result. So pleased to see Enhance open again - fantastic service that is highly recommended!

Isobelle was nice and she made me feel comfortable but had a bad allergic reaction to the wax, I was swollen and red for a week. Really painful and sore throughout the wax too.

My friends and I booked a last-minute pamper session for my birthday. Azita went above and beyond to accommodate us. The luxury pedicure is one of the best I've had, including a thorough foot scrub and massage.
