Be aware of this employers. Are you looking for new job avoid this place! Not paying for training even for few days! You will loose a lots of Your time. Working hours are long 12hours, few short breaks 5daysba week. Yes they taking £250 from your first pay as deposit. Ridiculous!Ana will tell you "it's yours misteaks you are new here" even if there were no calls from (hotels and clientsc) about complains. She will not accept that you remember other girl sorting specific number and it's hers misteaks.There are metal bascets thoes will give you many deep cuts on yours arms. Bring many plasters with You.

Everything that is stated on the job advertisement is not correct. The people working there act like Bedouins from whistle to whistle, working time is not fixed, they cut £250 for the first salary and give it back after a year and to have a locker you need £10 which is not normal and the earnings are such that you can only pay for a nice well-kept room in a good location, I do not recommend this crap, especially a girl

This company charges its employees a "training fee" of over £200!! Whatever for ? I think the DWP will have quite an interesting time finding out from them!
