The reception staff are and always have been friendly, profesional, polite and extremely helpful with fitting me in for appointments. I have found Steve Williamson to be a great dentist, he takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure the outcome of treatment is the best it can be. An excellent team and I wouldn't go anywhere else.Caroline Rowney

I left this practice after being with them for 22years. Over the last few years the reception staff have become extremely rude, incompetent and unprofessional. They would slam down the phone on you, or never pick up. They would speak about patients rudely to each other when they when the patient left the room or after getting off the phone, all whilst other patients are waiting in the reception area. They are just extremely rude and made the experience unpleasant. The service received by the dentists is basic. Now I have moved I have really noticed how awful their service was. Consider looking elsewhere!

Myself and children have been using Eltham Park Dental for a few years now. The reception team are lovely, dentists are fantastic especially with my dental implants. I have a child who has additional needs and his dentist is amazing with him.

What a great dentist! Reception always ready to help and share a joke or two! Dental treatment good and very reasonably priced compared to others I have been to in the past. Good all round, would highly recommend!

Today I had a new patient appointment with (I believe it was) Christine. All the staff were polite and friendly. My teeth were checked and 'tidied' slightly! I have also been given some excellent advice, recommendations and options for future treatments without it at all being at all 'pushy' or 'salesy'. A very pleasant experience - thank you.As some reviewers have mentioned below, the advice I was given was focused on prevention and health rather than restoration. This a promising sign and what I am looking for in a dental practice.

I had my kids registered here no problem to start with. Went to book an appointment for them and the rude receptionist said oh your not registered with us? I said no you take NHS under 18 only. She said yes because we're private and for working parents....How rude she admittedly assumed I do not work and said my kids can no longer use their dental. Because they don't offer it for unemployed people.For the record am a single mother escaped domestic abuse and work I just get help from government and due to my child's disability I cannot work long hours therefore I get help from tax credits. Which means I earn less than 16,900 to have to pay for dental treatment. Tax credit offer assistance to vulnerable and those unable to afford excessive amount. Yes I get free prescription and dental treatment. I wouldn't go here ever again. So rude and judgemental

I went to see mr Emmanuel today and I cannot recommend him enough. He has helped me feel more confident with my smile again and done everything to perfection. Very professional and kind.Also all staff where extremely friendly and professional.

I can't review the practice as a whole as I didn't get past reception...I was considering trying to change to this practice as a private patient after seeing the prices were a little better than some other clinics, but after calling to try and register my toddler as an NHS patient today and recieving some derisive remarks by the receptionist as well as being told that generally a childs pain is no more important than an adult being in pain when it comes to allocating dentistry (I wholeheartedly disagree) I feel i'll give it a miss.

My whole family including my four children age 1 to 9 have been with this dental practice/Mr Isaac for 10 years and never been let down at all over the years. Very child friendly.Even during covid lock down when my 4 year old developed dental abscess, she was seen and treated quickly. When she had problems with her filling recently, again this was addressed quickly in timely manner.Having experienced various dentist/dental practices, we found this place to be the best. Lovely staff, very clean and thorough, reliable excellent dental treatment for both children and adults. We have already recommended to many friends/families. Mr and Mrs Pearson.

I gave my details to their receptionist (on phone) and she told me I've been registered. She gave me an appointment to wait for one MONTH; a long queue, enduring my excruciating pains everyday. Today my appointment was due, but sadly, I was told I'm not on their register. Moreover, the practice is not accepting new patient. I'm really upset!
