The owner of the shop who?s a short little Indian man is the rudest, most arrogant, most unhelpful business owner I have met in my life!! He clearly needs to go on a customer service course! Will not be going there ever again!

I Feel the need to put this up as this is now the 5th n last time I go in there. The management in westmount diy was so unpleasant and rude it left me astounded. Not only rude to me but to his own staff. They really need to work on there customer relations. I only live 5 mins away so this shop is super handy, but now instead of supporting my local business I will go B & QIt is very expensive so worth the extra petrol to go B & Q anyway!

Eltham DIY. Not what you expect with the title of ?DIY? shop. Obviously a place where they care about quality and providing a service not just a standard DIY operation. The owner is always helpful and the quality of the paint and wallpaper is exceptional. He spent plenty of time with my wife and I as we darted between different wall paper designs. It must be frustrating for him but he took his time and we got there. 5 stars well deserved.

They?ve advertised patio heater gas bottles but service on the phone was not great at all. Kept repeating the same thing but no other advice or help given. Shame!!!
