We have tried to resolve multiple issues with Elite Bathrooms & Plumbing, I was really hoping to avoid having to write this as they were so friendly at the start and I wanted to support a local business, but they have refused to cooperate with us and I feel I need to warn others. After spending a large amount of money with them, we are extremely disappointed with the products provided and customer service we received. The 14 day return policy was not made clear to us so watch out for that, our builders didn't check the products until it was too late, but regardless of this - items were not ordered that we paid for and we were told that our builders had lost them, months later Elite bathrooms admitted that they didn't order them despite us paying for them, we still don't have the items or the money back. The shower heads provided do not work with the brackets provided, and incorrect towel rail was ordered despite us specifying what size we wanted so we had to repurchase new ones. We are unable to sell the wrong sized one on ebay, no one is interested. We have wasted a huge amount of money and the worst bit is we are really disappointed with the results.

Ive always used the plumbing and heating shop and the guys are really helpful and they have all the products in stock and well priced.

This place has everything you need for plumbing repairs and it's often cheaper than amazon. Staff are great to talk to about plumbing jobs.

A positive experience from start to finish despite some difficulties. Big recommendation for Andie, who managed to sort everything out - helpfully and professionally - including complicated exchanges and refunds. She was always available to help and see the process through (- even on her days off!)The products themselves are very good quality with a huge range of choices/ styles and I now have the bathrooms I'd hoped for.

This company sells damaged products. And then does not return your money. They stop replying to emails and calls once they have your money and once the kitchen furniture is delivered. I would strongly advise using them. They sold me a badly damaged bath. And it came without the disposal unit - which I had paid for. So I had to buy it again from another supplier. AVOID.

Generally a poor experience. We ordered bathroom fittings for 3 bathrooms after being recommended by a friend. The customer after care once the order is placed is poor, very slow to reply, often no one will call you back until you chase them again and again. We were often promised items would be dispatched on a given day to then have nothing delivered meaning trades we had lined up had nothing to fit.They also ordered and sent the wrong products for certain items which they then wouldn't refund as two weeks had passed before our bathroom fitter had checked them. Given the supply issues and lead times at the time of ordering this is a ridiculous a returns policy, especially given the fact it was Elite who ordered the wrong items. Also, we were not made aware that all products needed to be checked immediately on arrival, again very difficult if you are ordering items in preparation for them being fitted or you've had to cancel your plumber because Elite haven't sent the items when they said they would.All in all I couldn't recommend them, we've been left unused items which they won't return. Avoid if you want a hassle free service.

Wanted to go into visit showroom has heard such amazing reviews. But was met with a frosty and cold reception. Told we had to make an appointment and when I asked if I could look around made me feel uncomfortable. Not welcoming behaviour bad first impressions. Maybe having five star reviews makes you big headed!!

I have been going here for a few years now. Starting off just looking for a sink tap and the odd fitting. I have now had a whole new bathroom supplied by them and downstairs toilet room. Fantastic products, great quality, great prices and also a brilliant service and after sales. They really do deserve 5 starts. I have recommended family, friends and work colleagues and they have always said they have had a great experience and have loved the products. Thank you

Would be happy to recommend this company to anyone looking for a high end bathroom. Have used them for over ten years and found them to be professional, highly knowledgable and so helpful. Their showroom is tucked away in Bounds Green but well worth a visit. I also like to shop around for a good deal and have found them to be very competitive in this respect.

Avoid. They sell you stuff they don't actually have in stock (but don't tell you that until they have your money) Delivery doesn't come on the date that it's booked for. It may come the day before or a week later, whatever. And they take ages to reply to an email - once they have taken the deposit.
