We would like to pay tribute to the care and kindness of Victoria Odubade who was sent to us by Eleanor Nursing and Social Care, whom we thank also. Victoria is an outstanding care professional whose nursing and life experience allowed her to establish rapport and friendship with my elderly mother in the shortest space of time. She addressed my mother's physical needs with compassion and patience and was able to reassure her and to gain her trust. She truly went the extra mile, was reliable and ever-punctual and in no time, felt like a family friend, sharing daily rhythms and mutual life experiences. We thank her and recommend her without reservation. Thank you Victoria - you exceeded all expectation.

I recently just finished employment with Rose house and I can say the manager there Shannon is absolutely hands down the best manager you could ever ask for the and the residents are a lovely group of people to work for they will definitely lighten your day up big shout out to the seniors and staff there who bend over backwards for the residents to I do believe that head office could do more to help the staff feel appreciated there by staff recognition Shannon does go out of her way for the staff and you couldn't ask better of her the home has recently gone through a make over to lift it up more which is lovely to see keep up the hard work rose house. 5stars from me .

Worked here as a care co-ordinater for a couple months and working here made me realise I would NEVER get any care company to care for any one I know! There are some amazing carers who love their job and are amazing at what they do, However with Eleanor care there are only a handful of great carers. The way some carers spoke to their coordinators were disgusting and vile, no home training or manners you could clearly see they only got this job for quick money and to take advantage of the elderly. I've had to deal with cases of carers stealing money from clients, physically abusing them, not turning up to their visits leading to clients not taking important medication, falling asleep in clients home with dementia leading them to wonder off into the street unsupervised, Carers making elderly patients film TikToks for them in their own home and the list just goes on. However the cherry on the cake is the management who continuously allow this to happen and turn a blind eye and not give a care in the world for their clients, carers or us staff in the office dealing with all this mess. When i first got this job i had no coordinating experience but was reassured i will get training so i felt confident however this wasn't the case, On my first day i was sat at my desk given no support or any training from anyone apart from 1 of my colleagues who taught the basics and then was made to learn as i go which is extremely dangerous and irresponsible considering this is an extremely important role considering there are literally peoples lives on my hands. however Eleanor care do not care as long as the money is coming in for them. Management give you little support, come in late or sometimes don't even come in at all leaving us coordinators stressed and end up leaving work extremely late. Since then i have found out things are getting worse and multiple staff have resigned. Whatever you do please do not get this company to look after anyone you know and if you are already with Eleanor care please change your care company immediately as any of your loved ones might not be getting the care they need to receive or could be getting abused. Eleanor care only care about their money and nothing else.

Why would a person using cold water in the weather under -4 degrees to wash an elderly man, what has my dad done to Eleanor to providing me this service? giving unprofessional service not professional trained, no knowledge of hygiene, my old man has been going to hospital in and out because the UTI from bad hygiene by using same fannel over the body without washing and no point complaining to office because nobody will do anything always covering up and lied to service users, please don?t be the next victim, if I can I wish I don?t need to give one star because they don?t deserve any.

I have been working with Eleanor Care since November 2021, after spending over 15 years in retail I decided it was time to get back to my roots and follow my passion. From the minute I walked in I felt welcomed, I have received excellent support from management to carers. I have a wonderful set of carers and importantly wonderful service users and family.I have been supported throughout and I am now undertaking an apprenticeship to improve on my knowledge and skills. Thank you Eleanor for reigniting my passion for health and social care!

My name is Aminata I work for Eleanor as a field care supervisor . I was recently promoted to this role which proves that in this agency your hard work pays off. For the past six years I was a hard working care-worker helping the vulnerable elderly people who are unable to look after themselves independently due to health reasons. I?ve enjoyed working for them because of the good training I received by Eleanor care Ltd. I have learnt how to be more patient with my clients and work with respect and dignity. Furthermore, we have refresher training every six months which has enabled me to be able to work professionally and use the key skills I have learnt in a practical manner whilst being carer and a field supervisor.

I have only worked for Eleanor for a year and half yet, it feels like I have been with the company for years. There is a family atmosphere and supportive team, it is stimulating on a daily basis. I personally continuously learn and gain new and more experiences. I would recommend to whoever wants to challenge themselves and grow.

Very unorganised and unprofessional, tried to blame me for TRAFFIC and ROADWORKS then proceeded to overload my rota without asking my permission to add clients to it and one manager told a clients family that the carers would move a ton of furniture and I had to let them know that I am a qualified senior career not a furniture removal man

I have worked for Eleanor for around 8 years now. I have managed to progress whilst working for the company and now Manage Rose House in Medway, Kent. I have always found the operations team to be responsive and show empathy/compassion if i ever voice any concerns. Katie Wordley has always been supportive despite her tremendous work load. I cannot comment on Domiciliary working as i do not work in this field.
