Disgusting!!!
Guys pls be careful while buying cake from this shop. We bought few slices of cake from this store yesterday 24th June it?s really disgusting and unhygienic that they sell products which are off and expired. I?ve found a mould inside the cake and the cream inside the cake looks bluish probably because of the expire cream they use. Cake was off and cream inside smell so bad. Very disappointing!!!

Very disappointing customer service from Jasime. From the entrance it was apparent that she lacked enthusiasm for her role. Rather than proactively offering assistance, she seemed disinterested and waited for me to ask questions before engaging with me. I was felt very unwelcome.
I hope that the manager will consider this feedback as an opportunity to enhance the customer experience at the branch.

I usually goto this shop to buy cake for my son since he is fond of cake but every time I go I don't find good customer service here,Simple greetings could make nice attitude towards customer.This time I feel quality of cake also worst.My suggestion if employee could be given training of good customer service than it would be far better.

I had worst experience with this store my sister got me red velvet cake for my birthday on 3rd of nov it was a big cake we didn?t finished it on my birthday so i decided to take it as a dessert at my work while i was eating it I FOUND HAIR INSIDE THE CAKE that was disgusting This is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I expected much better from your establishment, and I?m appalled by the lack of care. I demand an immediate explanation and a refund for my sister

This cake Box is waste if money when they open this store it was delicious cake and was worth of money now there are lots of changes because the price was higher and the taste is disgusting and it has lots of cream recently I bought cake for my daughters birthday it is small square velvet cake and it's £35. After she cut the cake we couldn't eat because it was smelly and there is no cake it has 75% of cream only they have small peace of cake inside we couldn't go back and get the refund because the cut the cake we throw in the bin very disappointed and waste money.

We brought a small box cake to celebrate our daughter's birthday from plumstead branch. While after dinner we made little decorations and aiming my daughter to cut that cake but as I opened the box we got the cake is smelly like bitter yogurt smelt, it was look like bit brown at lower part. I stopped my daughter to cut that cake, she became to upset as her special day was spoiled with a disaster. I put the cake in the box again and told my daughter that we will cut the cake tomorrow. We are so frustrated that we had given a rotten or spoiled cake from the Cake box store.Tomorrow I will bring the cake in store and we decided not to buy any cakes from Cake box in future. I?ve bought a few birthday cakes from here and it?s my favourite shop. Exceptional service Staff are always polite and very helpful. The is a large variety of cakes, including vegan. They even sell cakes by the slice so great for a special treat.

Cake box cakes are really tasty.But did not like the behaviour of the reception lady.She was a bit unfriendly. Its was not a busy day and there was another lady (who wear glass)with her to help.
