Had excellent pie and mash in this traditional shop. Pies good size and meaty. Mash and liquor sauce good too. Staff friendly. Had apple pie and custard for dessert. Left very full. Would return for sure. Reasonably priced too.

Genuinely really nice pie and mash.
Normally, pie and mash is exceedingly bland and tasteless - but this was anything but.

Incredible pie and mash, staff on first-name basis with nearly everyone that comes through the door, cash-only, they just don't make em like this anymore. A time capsule into friendlier, kinder times.
