Went to the store just after opening couple days ago, the guy who served me (unfortunately didn?t get his name) was on his own, placed opened bang on time, his service, advice and expertise were impeccable and couldn?t be more efficient. 11/10, thank you and bravo!!

I was served by Mariam. The customer service was beyond horrible. She asked me about my query and started serving the white race customer who was behind me on the queue. She came to assist me only after I waited for 20 minutes & more and confronted her. Such a disgusting racist act from EE and would not recommend to any non-british people.

As an EE customer I went in for some upgrade advice. Only two other customers but nonetheless it was initially ignored. The sales assistant then did as little as possible to tell me what option were available on the phones I was interested in and only told me more when it asked for much more detail which they did by tapping away on their tablet. I had already found out more by simply using the EE website. Whar i needed was some information and advice. A pointless waste of my time, sales assistant really couldn't be bothered so I have ordered my new phone direct from Samsung. EEs loss is Samsungs gain. EE why do you bother having a shop that doesn't make any effort to sell to keen and willing customers?

It was 4:15 pm and I had called 35 stores asking if they had an iPhone 13 pro max in stock, they all said the same thing and that we?re no stock available anywhere, it?s a long shot. As I?ve already been waiting a month for this phone EE keep delaying the delivery as there is no stock but there is stock in some shops so they say. I called this branch and I spoke to a gentlemen he advised me that we have one left as a customer reserved it and cancelled the order so we have one available, it was perfect and exactly what I needed. I told him I?m quite far from him and it would take me an hour to get there please reserve it for me, so he said he did. I got to the place but there was no parking, I drove 10 minutes away and put my hazards on as I?m walking to the store I call again to make sure they know I?m here and they don?t close, he?s then told me very bluntly that ?ahhhh mate I made a huge mistake the phone I told you was for another customer?. Blatant lie as he was stuttering and it was blatantly for his mate or family member. Told me that ?there was no paperwork attached so I didn?t know it was reserved for another customer?. The store was closing in 5 minutes, you?ve reserved it for me how can you not see if it was already reserved ? Absolutely disgusting customer experience, horrific way to handle a store and honestly disgusting way to treat your customers.
