Absolutely useless came to pick up a phone they just need to check my ID told them I need to be quick got a meeting, can't do it due to not enough staff that can attend to me even though regional team manager is there but doesn't have access to the system? What even is the point. Most disorganised EE store I been to. Makes sense about the reviews.

Manager used to be a short Bengali man with an attitude called Kam, now it's a short Bengali man called Abz with an attitude, and a sniffing problem. Got to love EE stores ?

I rarely write reviews. Especially not for national brand stores but the service I received at EE from a man called Akhbal (sp?) was exceptional. Solutions focused, customer oriented and delightful to deal with.
Made my life much easier....so thank you!

Terrible service. The body language of the staff in there is disastrous. Can't be bothered to help existing customers if the problem is remotely outside of their realm of knowledge.

I do not recommend this EE shop due to their unhelpful and unprepared personel. I visited the store to request the reactivation of my SIM, which had gone into hibernation after a long period without a top-up. According to the EE website, customers have up to 90 days to reactivate their SIM after it gets blocked.
However, the staff member I spoke with insisted that nothing could be done and that my number was permanently lost. When I mentioned that I had read online that reactivation was possible, she dismissed my concerns and refused to listen. She showed no empathy and seemed completely uninterested in assisting me. Even worse, she was unaware of the company's own policies.
Fortunately, when I called EE customer service, they resolved the issue within three minutes over the phone.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I would advise others to avoid this shop if they need real assistance.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had from a big brand.
Customer service person, seemed like a manager. Attitude wise, was completely uninterested in helping with my issue.
I needed a new esim, fairly simple job. Upon provisioning the SIM, he was constantly looking and on, his personal mobile.
He asked for my password, I asked him clarify if it is the same as my online password or a separate one for in person / phone services. He said he didn't know, he didn't care to find out. I gave my online password, which then failed.
Passing security with other information, the esim didn't provision, so when I queried this (the whole reason for my visit), he said he didn't know why. No effort, no enquiry, he didn't check himself or look at anything. I then asked, so what should I do next, I came in to get this sorted. He then reluctantly suggested I speak to customer services.
Extremely poor service. Seen lots of review reflecting similar.

I wanted to share my disappointing experience with your store, which stands out as one of the worst customer service encounters I?ve had.
Upon entering the shop, I witnessed a manager being rude and patronising toward another customer. When it was finally my turn, my request to collect a phone that had been delivered to this location the previous week was dismissively denied.
I later contacted EE directly and was informed that the store had refused to hold the phone for collection, which is unacceptable.
This experience has left me with the impression that customers cannot rely on this store for assistance. I would strongly recommend improving your service to ensure future customers receive the support they expect.
