As with all things EE about as useful as a chocolate teapot.
Asked them to get me connected to EE WiFi and fix my unlocked accounts.
Did not get any joy.

If there was an option to give zero stars I would, been to the store twice asking for help, no one being able to help, first day met with with stares and disgust, (homophobia). Went back no one was able to help or able to cancel SIM cards which you would imagine is a simple task but nope Impossible. Anyway wouldn?t reccomend

Today I came to visit the EE store Covent Garden the staff was not responding to me I have waited for more than 30 mins one guy was free but when I ask him I need help he told me go and sit their I'm tired now I can't do any support this is so ridiculous I missed my train due to this who will be responsible for this I suggest you guys please don't visit this shop unprofessional guys over there.

despite calling and online booking, I arrive to be told it's 7 days to fix a screen. the server says it's immediate at Aldwych. He swears on it. 1 hr later, I arrive to be told not possible for day's!!!! Hot and very angry! Also posted as £160, but was then told £240, despite model advertisement online! Rip off liars!

Alert!! Awful day time robbery! Cowboy operation!! Just ask the home security price and the shop manager and staff refused to give price but insisted to send an email! And the email came with the home security order without agreement and authorization!! Now have to waste time waiting for the unauthorized contract to be cancelled!!

Had a really good experience at this EE location as I tried to decide between it and 3 after leaving Vodafone. Maahin is such a gent, really patient and full of good info, anything he didn?t know he researched on his phone. And he reminded me of the Netflix premium I?m paying for my siblings which they offer as a bonus option saving me another £18.99 a month! He even texted me to let me know when my sim card was ready (I had taken the time to do some shopping). While Japan is not yet on their inclusive roaming plan as it is with 3?.. overall happy I?ve switched so far. Thanks Maahin!

My phone stopped working on a work trip and I came here to explain the situation as i am with EE. The main adviser, instead of calling, advised me to go to Shepherds Bush EE to see if they could fix my phone. After travelling for 50 plus minutes they told me they would be unable to fix my phone. I had to then upgrade my phone early anyway as I was away from home. Not great help from staff members and would have appreciated more support while dealing with difficult circumstance.

Really poor service, would not recommend this store for support.
Whilst I was there trying to figure out issues with my EE services the person helping me went to the back and did not come back whilst one of the employees was playing video games.
No one was able to help and directed me to call customer service which I had done before coming to the store.

Went into the Long Acre shop today asking for help with setting up an iPhone I?d just bought through ee as I?m old and not good with computers. Only one member of staff on duty. He was very pleasant but completely unable to help due to ?company policy? and data protection. He referred me to an online video.
