Rudest stuffs. You cannot terminate we plan in store but you need to call up - so inconvenient and not user friendly.

EE...where do I start? Damaged my home, wrong equipment, billed for services I can't get, hours on customer service with no result. Don't know, don't care attitude. AVOID.

I was there today to buy a EE sim card. gentleman out there helped me to get the new sim card activated in few minutes with the plan I referred. great work.!.

Booked my phone in for an appointment to have my phone repaired. Turned up and was told that they don't do repairs in-store - so why do they advertise that they do? I was then told they could send it off but it would take up to two weeks to be fixed.....but then they couldn't even get the system to work to book it in for that, so I just had to leave.Booked it in at iSmash later the same day and it was fixed within 30 mins - don't waste your time with EE.

Went to the store to pick up my phone, the staff member I had spoken to a few days previous assured me the staff would help me set my phone up in store when I went to pick it up. Went to the store today 18th December at 16:20. Experienced awful customer service. The girl serving had an abruptly aggressive manner, and practically threw the phone at me. When I asked if they would help set the phone up for me as 8 dont know how to, she said no we can't and laughed and said I should instead go to the Oxford circus store. I've been working since 6:30am and had travelled all the way here after work to pick my phone up and was told to travel to another store. This is totally unacceptable. Avoid this shop at all costs. Terrible service. 0 stars from me and will be phoning ee to make a formal complaint about the store.

It's no fault of EE but the service I get on my phone in Central Lodon means that most of the time I have trouble receiving a signal to be honest If had to forecast how much time i get a no fault service sadly that would be nil to at very most 5 percent

I have visited London and unfortunately my battery died due to taking too many pictures. I tried to look for the charger boxes that I read about on internet. Unfortunately there are no longer in John Lewis nor H&M store. My last chance was to go my mobile provider. I explained my situation to Isam, who was very helpful and allowed me to charge my phone there. He was very kind and understanding. Thank you Isam, EE is lucky to have you.

Went there today for a sim replacement and the guy who served me was extremely rude , made unprofessional comments about me and it was a horrible experience i wont ever go back

I encountered a rude EE employee on 14 June who was on duty at 17.40 and does not wear glasses. He was unhelpful, lazy, negligent and disconnected my SIM card from the network. Issam next day provided excellent customer service and restored network connection. He deserves 5 stars.

went to store to replace sim card in June 2023. they said they don?t have staff member who has log in details and they sent me away. i called customer service and was told there were ways to replace sim card in store. i believe store preferred to make money than providing customer service.
