LOVE Ecco. The shoes that never stop working, never wear out completely even if you?ve walked a million steps in them. I went for another pair, this one a little funky with a raised bottom to make me feel so tall and a beautiful burgundy shade of leather. The shop attendant was lovely and the Black Friday sale was great. Will come back! Thank you.

Took my 80-year-old mother here to buy shoes. The care and dedication given by our customer advisor, Owais, was excellent. He was so patient and kind with my mother, who has early dementia and could not remember which shoes she had tried on already. I am very impressed. Owais was brilliant. Thank you!

Can?t fault the customer service here at all. Found what wanted and tried on the summer sliders. Nice product, well made, soft leather. They feel so nice on the feet, hundred times better than another well known alternative (no names). I had a £10 discount voucher to use when I signed up for emails. The female staff member was so accommodating right to the end, when she brought my purchase round to me. Nicely air conditioned in store.

I had a problem with one of the shoes of the pair I bought at Ecco Oxford Street. I have worn them 4 times, they are a month old, I bought the protection and cleaning products they recommend, one day it rained and one of the shoes got a nasty mark on it. Something happens with this shoe because my partner has the same. CAROLINE, the shop manager has been VERY RUDE to my partner when she went to ask for a solution. The only thing she tells us is to write to Customer service. They have 6 months warranty and they don't give us a solution. I spent £100 and the web site say SHOES BUILD TO LAST, it?s a lie.

Bought the top line new collection, after a few months, not only the some bandages came off but it felt uncomfortable. Went to the store complained, they said just bring the shoe, and when I take shoe, guess what, "we can't do anything manager is not here". The shoes and the experience just disappointed me about ecco.

I would never shop here again. Just so bad.If you want ecco products you should go to the Westfield Shepherd Bush. Unlike the one in Oxford street, Shepherd Bush have amazing costumer support and patients to help you with everything.

Managers and members of staff always open this store late. This week it was 30minutes and they always blame to be short of staff but if they arrive at opening time and start to do the vaccum cleaning and count the money then so this is the reason why will always be late!!Go on other major website it is cheaper and you get delivered on time, don?t waste your time on Oxford Street and change the Manager please (he is late too!)

Ohh I found the best sandles and then they said they don?t have a card machine, who are they to think that someone has £7,000 in their pocket that is cash?! Jeez, if you want to get a hard time go there I honestly would give you as the number one most strange and awful place to go.
