I attended the ECCO at Covent Garden regarding a query about some size 13 shoes. I was served by Dom who provided some of the most helpful customer service I have ever received. He was able to answer all my queries and came across as extremely knowledgeable and diligent throughout the process. He also went the extra mile to help me out which I appreciate greatly. It was a fantastic experience and Dom is a credit to the store.

I never felt intimadated being in a shop in London especially not in covent garden. But sadly one of the ladies in the shop made me feel awful, akward questions, weird looks and I think they made me feel like the joke of the shop! I only came in to pick up my shoes.

I tried two times to get into the store in the evening - both times they closed earlier, which was quite frustrating because I travelled specifically to this store. The attached photo was taken on Jan 17. Bought shoes in another store nearby, where staff respect their opening times.

A small, crammed shop. Sadly this branch offers no kids' shoes and the website or their Google ad mentioned nothing about it so we had to go to Oxford Street instead.
