This review relates to hot drinks only. Americano which was barely coffee flavoured (West Norwood) and hot chocolate (East Dulwich) which was served as 3/4 of a cup and once topped up tasted more like hot milk. Can you train your bar staff to care about service and to deliver value for money? Otherwise it'll be all too easy to purchase hot drinks elsewhere. Getting drinks right shouldn't be difficult and the customer shouldn't be forced into requesting corrections.

a lovely local theater showing all the newest films. comfortable seats, and they serve popcorn, candy & wine/coffee/drinksthey even have a little cafe indoors with wifi!

Such a lovely space, vibes and staff are always friendly. I'm a regular local. Lots of different specialised film screenings for parents, kids and OAPs which is what sets it apart from your bigger cinema chain. Only taken a star off as the cakes, pastries and food options are really poor if you're hanging out in the cafe before or after a show.

My absolute favourite cinema in London! The exterior is stunning and inside it has a cosy, inviting and charming feel to it. There are 3 screens, a lovely cafe as well as a garden area if you fancy a drink beforehand or afterwards. All 3 screens have comfy, spacious seats. Someone mentioned that the reclining feature can be a little stiff on some of the seats but most of them are fine. (Maybe they just need to be checked and oiled more regularly!) But overall it?s one of the highlights of Lordship Lane for me. It has a lovely atmosphere about it and friendly staff. Tickets can be on the pricier side (standard London prices) but some days are cheaper than others and it?s easy to find and make the most of discounts online. It?s so lovely having such a nice local cinema. Very happy to provide the 1000th review for this local gem!
